Description
Among the rarest bottlings from Gussago, Alessandra Divella Ese 2015 blends 50% Chardonnay with 50% Pinot Noir from organically farmed vines on ancient soils rich in limestone, clay, and Jurassic-era fossils. Alessandra Divella ferments the base wine spontaneously with indigenous yeasts in used barriques before bottling for secondary fermentation. The wine then ages an extraordinary 96 months on the lees—eight full years—before disgorgement with zero dosage. Production is extremely limited: only 248 bottles exist. This prestige cuvée represents the pinnacle of the estate’s traditional method sparkling wines.
