Description
Elisabetta Foradori Teroldego is crafted from 100% Teroldego grapes sourced from 12 parcels across Campo Rotaliano’s alluvial soils of sand, pebbles, and granite. The 20-year-old vines are farmed biodynamically and hand-harvested. Winemaking involves gentle destemming without crushing, spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts in cement tanks, and 12 months aging in a combination of French oak barrels and clay amphorae. This IGT Vigneti delle Dolomiti wine represents the purest expression of Trentino’s most celebrated indigenous variety.
