Our story is a bit unconventional, because we never intended on making a whiskey brand. Our team was developing other peoples spirits before Doc Swinsons was born. Doc Swinsons evolved from a pet project. Our collection started in 2017 with 10 casks, a small warehouse, and a love for blending and finishing.
