Description
Partida Creus BN Blanco Natural is crafted from 90% Macabeo and 10% Cartoixa Vermell grapes grown on clay-limestone soils in Catalonia’s Baix Penedès region. Cartoixa Vermell is a pink-skinned mutation of Xarel-lo that adds subtle color to this natural white wine. Hand-harvested grapes undergo brief skin contact maceration, then ferment separately with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel tanks and 300-liter neutral oak barrels. The wines are blended and aged eight months before bottling without filtration, fining, or sulfur additions.
