This 2026 Distillery Series expression features the distillery’s signature 72% corn, 18% rye, and 10% malted barley mash bill, initially matured for approximately seven years in heat-cycled brick warehouses.
After primary aging in new charred American white oak, the spirit underwent a secondary maturation period in hand-selected French oak Cabernet Sauvignon wine casks to integrate robust tannins and dark berry esters. Finished for approximately 12 months, this whiskey is bottled to showcase a complex intersection of toasted oak and vinous fruit. The profile is characterized by a dense delivery of blackcurrant, dark chocolate, and a structured, dry oak spice that transitions into a long finish of red wine reduction and honeyed vanilla.
