If you are expecting a buttery Chardonnay, you won’t find it here. This wine was lightly touched by oak to create soft, honeyed characteristics, like caramelized fruit. The name 1/3 Washington is a nod to Washington’s renowned Columbia Valley AVA which covers roughly one-third of the state.
