Description
Pierre Bories Lo Petit Fantet d’Hippolyte 2024 is a natural red wine from the Corbières appellation in Languedoc, France. This cuvée blends Carignan, Grenache, and Syrah grown on limestone-clay soils in the south-facing hills surrounding Fabrezan. Pierre Bories farms 10 hectares of certified organic vineyards, with vines ranging from 10 to 60 years old trained using traditional goblet pruning. The grapes undergo carbonic maceration followed by spontaneous fermentation in cement tanks with indigenous yeasts. Pierre Bories Lo Petit Fantet d’Hippolyte 2024 is bottled unfined and unfiltered with minimal sulfites (under 30 ppm).
