Description
Field Recordings Domo Arigato (Mr. Ramato) is made from 100% Pinot Gris grapes using the ramato method with extended skin contact fermentation. Winemaker Andrew Jones sources fruit from three distinct Central Coast vineyards: Edna Valley, Paso Robles, and Santa Barbara Highland. The grapes ferment on skins for 30-60 days before pressing and aging in neutral French oak barrels for five months. This natural wine approach uses hand-harvesting, native yeast fermentation, and minimal intervention to create distinctive wines reflecting Central Coast terroir.
