Description
The climate in Paso Robles in California is hot and dry, with temperatures reaching over 100 degrees during the growing season. Because the region is tucked into the coastal side of the larger Central Valley, cooling influences blow off the Pacific Ocean and provide relief to fruit that is planted on the rolling hills and in the deep valleys. This shift in temperature creates an optimal environment for varietals that need little babysitting prior to harvest. Our 2020 Cabernet Sauvignon is a gorgeous reflection of the ever-popular varietal and will please all palates. The last vintage was awarded a Gold Medal at the 2020 San Francisco Chronicle Wine Competition, and this vintage is no different. Rich and luscious red fruit flavors meld beautifully with oak influences and grippy tannins and will have you reaching for another bottle as soon as this one is gone.
