Description
Joseph Cattin Crémant d’Alsace Brut NV is a traditional method sparkling wine produced by one of Alsace’s largest family-owned estates. Domaine Joseph Cattin blends Pinot Blanc and Auxerrois grapes sourced from their 65-hectare holdings across clay, limestone, sandstone, and marl soils in the southern Colmar area. Vineyards sit at elevations around 330 meters on the Vosges foothills. The wine undergoes secondary fermentation in bottle following méthode traditionnelle, with a minimum nine months aging on lees before disgorgement. Joseph Cattin Crémant d’Alsace Brut NV is certified vegan and produced using sustainable farming practices.
