Description
Tenuta Santa Lucia Gallet Rosato Frizzante is a biodynamic sparkling rosé from Mercato Saraceno in Emilia-Romagna, Italy. Made from Sangiovese grapes grown at 250 meters elevation on clay-rich soils in the Savio valley. The wine undergoes spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts using the ancestral method, completing fermentation in the bottle without disgorgement. The 12-hectare estate follows organic and biodynamic practices, trained on espalier system with Guyot pruning. Bottled with minimal sulfites, unfined and unfiltered at 12% alcohol.
