Description
Cristiano Guttarolo’s Bianco Gia comes from the Murge Plateau in Puglia, Italy, where the limestone-rich soils and cool breezes from the Adriatic Sea create ideal conditions for natural winemaking. The wine is a blend of Trebbiano (90%), Verdeca (5%), and Chardonnay (5%). Grapes are hand-harvested, pressed directly to vats, and left to ferment spontaneously without any added sulfites. Guttarolo practices organic farming, allowing wild herbs to grow among the vines, and uses minimal intervention in the winemaking process.
