As the inaugural release of the “Infinite” series, this small-batch allocation is a technical showcase of four extra-aged bourbons distilled by three generations of Noe family distillers: a 20-year-old, a 14-year-old, an 8-year-old, and a 7-year-old component.
The resulting profile features deep layers of oak, char, and smoke from the oldest stocks, balanced by rich dark fruit, cherry, and vanilla. Bottled uncut and unfiltered at the James B. Beam Distilling Co., this 750ml release serves as the foundational liquid for all future “Infinite” evolutions.
