Cantina Margò AC/DT Orange Sparkling 2022 is a pétillant naturel from Umbria crafted by winemaker Carlo Tabarrini. Made from 100% Trebbiano grown on 20- to 45-year-old vines rooted in ancient Pliocene-Miocene lakebed soils rich in marl, limestone, and clay, this orange pét-nat undergoes six days of skin maceration before spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts. Cantina Margò then bottles the wine to complete fermentation naturally, creating its characteristic effervescence. Bottled unfiltered with only 20 ppm sulfur, AC/DT reflects Carlo Tabarrini’s organic and biodynamic farming practices in the Perugini hills.
