Description
Mas Pas Re Le Cas Burne is a natural red wine from Vendémian in the Languedoc, crafted by Julien Trichard and Sara Hernandez from their renovated cooperative cellar. The estate manages vineyards split between Gignac, surrounded by Mediterranean garrigue, and Plaissan, featuring diverse terroir. Hand-harvested grapes from low-yield vines averaging 15hl/hectare undergo spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts. The wine follows organic production methods with minimal intervention winemaking, bottled unfined and unfiltered with no added sulfites. Aging occurs in neutral vessels to preserve pure fruit expression and terroir character.
