Ocho “Do You Wonder?” Tavkveri Rosé is a natural rosé wine from Georgia’s Kartli region, produced by Ocho, a winery established in 2012 by a group of wine enthusiasts dedicated to organic practices and traditional Georgian winemaking techniques. 100% Tavkveri, sourced from vineyards in the Kartli region. The wine undergoes spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts in qvevri—traditional clay amphorae buried underground. Limited maceration on the skins imparts the wine’s delicate pink hue and enhances its aromatic profile. Aged in qvevri, allowing for natural micro-oxygenation and development of nuanced flavors. Bottled unfiltered and unfined.
