Produced in the fall of 2017 at a Maryland distillery, this rye whiskey is a blend of two rye mash billsa high rye and a low ryeshowcasing flavors of rye spice from grain, fruit, and floral notes from sour mash fermentation, and toasty caramel from barrel aging.
