Description
La Sœur Cadette Bourgogne Rouge is crafted from Pinot Noir grapes sourced from 60-year-old vines in the Côte d’Or, rooted in clay and limestone soils. The vineyards are organically farmed, reflecting a commitment to sustainable viticulture. Harvesting is done by hand to ensure optimal grape quality. Fermentation occurs with indigenous yeasts, and the wine is aged for eight months in 225-liter barrels, allowing for gentle integration of flavors while preserving the wine’s fresh fruit character.
