This is thanks in large part to the drastic day-night temperature variation caused by the cooling influence of the Adriatic. WINEMAKERS:

Mille Cristaletto is sourced exclusively from two vineyards, Azzano Decimo and Bibano. Located in a secluded area of ancient flat woodland, Azzano Decimo’s hard and compact soils result in low-yield harvests of fragrant, crisp Pinot Grigio. Bibano’s deeper, well-drained soils produce grapes of subtler, more nuanced flavors, which give Mille Cristaletto its structure and finesse.
