Angel’s Envy Cellar Collection Volumes 1–3 is a highly allocated, limited-edition premium bourbon bundle featuring three 375ml expressions from the distillery’s experimental archive. This technical set includes Volume 1 (Oloroso Sherry), Volume 2 (Tawny Port), and Volume 3 (Madeira Cask). Each utilizes a 72% corn, 18% rye, and 10% malted barley mash bill, matured in new charred American white oak before specialized secondary finishing in rare fortified wine casks.
Produced at the Angel’s Envy Distillery in Louisville, Kentucky, this trilogy was limited to 8,000 sets. The technical presentation features a bespoke “book-style” display case for archival preservation. This side-by-side format highlights how different wine staves—ranging from dry Oloroso to rich Madeira—alter the chemical structure and ester profile of the base Kentucky Straight Bourbon.
