Description
Luca Bevilacqua Baldoria is a natural white wine from Atessa in Abruzzo’s Val di Sangro region, crafted from a blend of indigenous grapes: Pecorino, Passerina, and Cococciola grown on clay-based soils at 300 meters elevation. Created by sommelier-turned-winemaker Luca Bevilacqua, this wine undergoes brief skin contact and fermentation with native yeasts in stainless steel tanks for six months. The vineyard sits between the Apennine Mountains and Adriatic Sea, benefiting from sea breezes and mountain cooling. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, without added sulfites.
