There’s a famous quote from Galileo that says “wine is sunlight, held together by water.” While it’s a great quote, there’s so much more to wine. At the very least we would like to include the soils growing the grapes. The Shadow + Stone has an incredible complexity that comes from balanced amounts of sunlight, cool temperatures, great soil, and intentional winemaking. What you’ll encounter is an indelible blend of bright, stony minerality, touches of honey, and beautiful fruit flavors. It took home a Silver medal from the 2019 Texas International Wine Competition, the 2019 Toast of the Coast Wine Competition, and the 2019 San Diego International Wine & Spirits Challenge.
