Description
This is a complex white wine with some maceration on the grape skins. I love how drinkable and versatile it is, with notes of apricot, tropical fruit, honey, and a savory palate. To me, macerated wines must always be easy to drink and shouldn’t feel too tannic or heavy. This wine is a perfect example of structure and drinkability.
