Description
È Orange! NV is a natural orange wine produced by Poderi Cellario in the Langhe region of Piedmont, Italy. This cuvée is a blend of indigenous grape varieties: Nascetta, Moscato Bianco, and Incrocio Manzoni. The grapes are organically farmed and hand-harvested. Fermentation occurs spontaneously with native yeasts, and the wine undergoes a brief skin maceration of approximately five days. Aging takes place in a combination of amphorae and concrete tanks for about six months. Bottled unfined and unfiltered with minimal added sulfites, this wine reflects a commitment to low-intervention winemaking practices.
