Description
The valley climates in Sonoma County are absolutely idyllic. With heavy influence from the nearby Pacific Ocean, the region experiences a chilly fog veil in the mornings. This forces fruit to work harder to develop, which results in concentrated acidity and bright flavors. The fog burns off mid-day, and sunny skies provide fruit a chance to fully ripen. This wine is 92% Sauvignon Blanc, and 8% Pinot Grigio. Sourced from Carneros, Sonoma Coast, and Russian River Valley, these appellations and environments were made for grape growing. Each varietal is a bright and aromatic white wine on their own, so the combination is truly delightful. Aged in stainless steel tanks, the blend creates a fresh and vibrant flavor profile and texture that will make you go back for glass after glass. Flavors of green fruits and stone fruits combine with a roundness on the palate, and every sip lingers thanks to an approachable and mouthwatering acidity.
