Jack Daniel’s 142.7–146.1 Proof; Jack Daniel Distillery (DSP-TN-1). This April 2026 Special Release consists of five distinct barrel-proof batches sourced from a total of 129 barrels aged at the Coy Hill, Boiler Hill, and Fire Brigade Fields barrelhouses in Lynchburg, Tennessee. The spirit utilizes the distillery’s 70% rye, 18% corn, and 12% malted barley mash bill and underwent signature charcoal mellowing before a maturation period averaging 10 years.

Due to extreme maturation conditions on upper floors, many barrels were low-yielding or “hazmat” proof, resulting in a dense profile of burnt oak, black pepper, and dark chocolate. This half-size bottling represents a technical study in how specific barrelhouse microclimates accelerate wood interaction and alcohol concentration.
