Description
No Control Les Crosses 2022 is a natural white wine crafted by Vincent Marie in Volvic, within the Puy-de-Dôme department of Auvergne, France. This cuvée blends approximately 80% Chardonnay with Sauvignon Blanc, Sylvaner, and Auxerrois, all grown on volcanic feldspathic sand soils. The vineyard takes its name from the horsetail plants that grow there, bending in the wind like a bishop’s crozier. No Control Les Crosses 2022 undergoes direct pressing followed by spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts. Vincent Marie ages the wine in stainless steel tanks without filtration, fining, or added sulfites.
