Nose: Nose of cinnamon-spiced lime chiffon, this Reposado had us at the first sniff.
Palate: Mineral driven agave stays in the palate.
Finish: A punch with pepper and peppermint lingers on finish.
Distillery information
Rudo is handcrafted at the family-owned artisanal distillery from 100% Weber Blue Agave cultivated in the volcanic nutrient rich soil of the Los Altos Mountains. The distillery employs time-honored traditional methods of tequilas elaboration. Mature agaves are first slow baked in stone ovens for up to 3 days and then the juice from the first pressing only is allowed to slow and naturally ferment for 72 to 96 hours.
