Description
Corva Gialla operates from volcanic soils in Lubriano, in the Viterbo area of Lazio, where ancient Etruscan viticultural traditions meet modern natural winemaking. This certified organic estate, founded in 2007, crafts a Pet-Nat Orange from indigenous white varieties typical of the region, likely including Vermentino and Muscat based on their production portfolio. The volcanic terroir, rich in minerals and nutrients, imparts distinctive character to the grapes. Following organic farming practices since 2013 and certified since 2018, the wine undergoes spontaneous fermentation with extended skin contact before bottling to complete the méthode ancestrale, creating natural effervescence without added sulfites, resulting in an unfiltered, living wine.
