Description
Folicello Salame Rider is a sparkling natural rosé wine made from 100% Lambrusco Grasparossa di Castelvetro grown organically in Castelfranco Emilia, Modena, Emilia-Romagna. Produced by Marco Giovannini and Antonella Fontana since the 1980s, this wine follows traditional methods with no added sulfites. The estate spans 10 hectares in the plains typical for Lambrusco production. The wine undergoes natural fermentation using indigenous yeasts and is bottled unfiltered and unfined, maintaining its authentic character through minimal intervention winemaking.
