Description
x Primal Cali Skin Contact Wine is our collaboration wine made with Sonoma-based winemaker Jack Sporer of Wine. It’s made from a blend of Loureiro, Cortese, and Falanghina from Clarksburg, California. Loureiro and Cortese co-fermented partially whole-cluster for 7 days, the Falanghina fermented on its own, 100% whole-cluster, for 10 days. This is one of those orange wines that manages to have structure while staying light on its feet. Citrus, ripe white fruit, apple, and pear on the nose. Bright palate that mirrors the bouquet, with a savory finish.
