Description
Château Coujan Les Terrasses is a red blend from IGP Pays d’Hérault made with Syrah, Grenache, Mourvèdre, and Cinsault. The estate is farmed organically by Florence Guy on clay-limestone slopes at 140 meters elevation with sandstone gravel soil over fossilized coral rock near Murviel-lès-Béziers. Grapes are destemmed and vinified traditionally by separate varieties with 8 days of cold maceration. Château Coujan Les Terrasses is made in temperature-controlled tanks, creating a light and approachable style that reflects the Mediterranean terroir.
