Description
Cascina Lieto Bianco Sensazione is produced by Japanese vintners Rie and Hiroto Sasaki in Castiglione Tinella, Piedmont. This blend combines Moscato and Cortese grapes from 55-year-old co-planted vines surrounding the estate. The wine undergoes spontaneous fermentation in 1000-liter fiberglass tanks without temperature control, with gentle pump-overs for four weeks until pressing in October. Following traditional methods, the wine ages in fiberglass and used wood for 12 months, then receives minimum two years bottle aging before release.
