Produced using méthode traditionnelle and aged for two years sur latte, this Alpine sparkler reflects the unique terroir of the Rhône Valley’s northernmost reaches. Altesse thrives on clay-dominant moraine soils while Molette prefers sandier limestone conditions, creating wines with distinctive floral complexity from this historic mountain appellation.
