Description
Bruno Schueller Edelzwicker is a natural white blend from Husseren-les-Châteaux in Alsace. Made from approximately 58% Pinot Blanc, 30% Pinot Gris, and 12% Sylvaner from organically and biodynamically farmed vines on limestone-rich soils. The grapes are gently pressed and fermented spontaneously with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel tanks, following 19th-century winemaking traditions with malolactic fermentation in foudre. The wine is bottled with minimal to no filtration and very low sulfites at 12% alcohol.
