Description
Bojo do Luar Lou 38 Pét-Nat is made from 100% Loureiro grapes sourced from 20-year-old vines in Felgueiras, Vinho Verde, Portugal. The grapes are hand-harvested and fermented in 100-year-old amphoras with foot stomping. One kilogram of ground chestnut flowers is added per amphora as a natural stabilizer. Bojo do Luar Lou 38 Pét-Nat undergoes spontaneous fermentation for three weeks before bottling unfiltered with approximately 15 grams per liter of residual sugar. The vineyards sit on granitic soils near the Tâmega River.
