Description
Cantina Margò Resistenza Rurale Umbria Bianco is a natural orange wine made from a field blend of white grape varieties grown organically in Sant’Enea, Umbria, Italy. Winemaker Carlo Tabarrini cultivates vines on marl, limestone, and clay soils characteristic of the Perugini hills. The grapes undergo extended skin contact maceration in stainless steel tanks, creating an orange wine style. Fermentation occurs naturally with indigenous yeasts without temperature control. The wine is bottled unfined and unfiltered with no added sulfites, representing Carlo’s minimal intervention philosophy and commitment to authentic terroir expression.
