Jean-Yves Péron I Vicini Dolcetto 2023 is a dry red wine made by Jean-Yves Péron under his I Vicini négociant label, from 100% Dolcetto sourced from organically farmed vineyards in Piedmont, Italy, through his long-term grower relationships with Paolo Angelino in Casale Monferrato and Giorgio Barbero in Asti. Consistent with all I Vicini reds, the grapes are whole-bunch carbonic macerated without destemming, then fermented with native yeasts and aged one year in old neutral oak barrels. Jean-Yves Péron I Vicini Dolcetto 2023 is bottled without fining, filtration, or added sulfites under Vin de France.
