No Control Incendie & Pillage 2024 blends 70% Gamay with 30% Pinot Noir from a massale selection parcel in Volvic, planted on granitic sand and basaltic scoria soils. Vincent Marie hand-harvests into small 18 kg crates, then ferments whole bunches in fiberglass vats. No Control Incendie & Pillage 2024 is bottled without fining, filtration, or added sulfites—consistent with the estate’s zero-input philosophy. The volcanic terroir imparts a distinctive smoky minerality beneath the fruit. Around 12.5% ABV.
