Description
Bojo do Luar Tez Orange is a distinctive orange wine from Portugal’s Vinho Verde region, crafted from a blend of 50% Avesso and 50% Azal grapes. The Avesso undergoes a five-month skin maceration with 10% whole clusters in stainless steel tanks, contributing tension and tannins, while the Azal is directly pressed and fermented without temperature control, imparting pronounced mineral acidity. Ground chestnut flowers are added during fermentation as a natural stabilizer.
