Benzinger Muscat Sans 2021 is a bone-dry natural white wine from Weingut Benzinger in the Pfalz region of Germany. Made from 100% Muscat Blanc à Petits Grains grown on limestone soils, this certified organic wine defies expectations of sweet, perfumed Muscats. Weingut Benzinger hand-harvests the fruit from 25-year-old vines, then ferments spontaneously in old oak with no additions. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, and without added sulfites, Benzinger Muscat Sans 2021 arrives cloudy in the glass—a hallmark of the estate’s zero-compromise “Sans” line. At 10% alcohol, it drinks fresh and aromatic.
