Ercole Piemonte DOC Rosato is crafted from 65% Barbera and 35% Dolcetto grapes grown in Monferrato, Piedmont. Produced by a generations-old cooperative of local growers cultivating 30 to 50-year-old vines on calcareous-sandy soils, the wine follows sustainable farming practices adhering to European Union lotta integrata standards. Grapes undergo soft pressing with only a few hours of skin contact to achieve the light pink hue. Fermentation and stabilization occur in stainless steel tanks. The entire vinification and bottling process meets certified vegan standards.
