Fabio Gea Mushroom Panda is a natural red wine from Piedmont, Italy, crafted by the innovative winemaker Fabio Gea. This unique blend combines Dolcetto and Nebbiolo grapes, two classic varieties native to the Langhe area. The grapes are destemmed and undergo a three-week maceration period, followed by fermentation and aging in custom-made porcelain and stoneware vessels for at least six months. This unconventional approach reflects Gea’s commitment to minimal intervention and natural winemaking practices.
