Wild Turkey Master’s Keep Revival is a 101 Proof (50.5% ABV) rare and highly sought-after straight bourbon produced at the Wild Turkey Distillery in Lawrenceburg, KY. This limited 2018 release features a blend of bourbons aged between 12 and 15 years in new charred American oak before undergoing a secondary maturation in hand-selected 20-year-old Oloroso Sherry casks.
Utilizing the distillery’s signature 75% corn, 13% rye, and 12% malted barley mash bill, the spirit was finished in the unique microclimate of Wild Turkey’s timber rickhouses to drive deep vinous integration. The profile is characterized by a dense delivery of dried apricot, cherry pie, and milk chocolate that transitions into a long finish of honeyed nuts, seasoned oak, and a signature sultana sweetness.
