Cascina Lieto Rosso Frizzante Croché is a natural sparkling red wine produced by Japanese winemakers Hiroto and Rie Sasaki in Castiglione Tinella, Piemonte, Italy. Made from traditional Piemontese red grape varieties including Barbera, Freisa, and Nebbiolo grown on their small estate and rented vineyards in Madonna di Como. The wine undergoes natural fermentation and refermentation using traditional methods to create fine bubbles. Produced in microscopic quantities with minimal intervention.
