Masterminded by Master Distiller Elizabeth McCall, this expression showcases an uncommon multi-grain mash bill that incorporates all four primary grains standard to American distilling: corn, rye, wheat, and malted barley. The liquid underwent primary maturation in standard charred American white oak before being transferred into a secondary finishing vessel. This finishing phase utilized proprietary heavily toasted, uncharred oak barrels to alter the wood extraction process.

By eliminating the char layer, the spirit deeply integrated complex vanillins and wood sugars without taking on heavy smoke or char notes. Bottled at 90.4 proof, the resulting structural framework delivers a rich, creamy mouthfeel characterized by prominent notes of toasted marshmallow, sweet baking spices, almond brittle, and a smooth, honeyed oak finish.
