Produced at the renowned El Pandillo Distillery (NOM 1579), this expression is part of the “de Madera” series, signifying it underwent a complete fermentation in new Pine Wood tanks to infuse deep, traditional textures into the spirit. To celebrate the holiday’s heritage, each bottle is presented in a specially crafted wooden coffin box. The 2023 inaugural release consisted of 5,000 hand-numbered bottles, each featuring unique commemorative badges on the stopper.
Matured for seven months in nearly ancient George Dickel whiskey barrels using deep well water, the profile offers a complex tapestry of roasted agave, white pepper, and soft barrel spices.
