Description
Viña Echeverría No es Pituko Cabernet Sauvignon is crafted from 100% organically grown Cabernet Sauvignon from 20-year-old ungrafted vines in Curicó Valley, Chile. The grapes grow in alluvial clay-loam soils at 243 meters elevation. Wild fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at 23-27°C for 12-15 days, followed by three months of lees aging without oak influence. The wine remains unfiltered and unfined with no added sulfites, reflecting the “No Es Pituko” (It’s Not Fancy) philosophy of minimal intervention winemaking.
