The grapes undergo whole-bunch fermentation for one week before pressing, then rest in vats until the following summer. Jérôme Lambert bottles Le Fil Rouge 2023 unfined, unfiltered, and without added sulfites, allowing the wine to express the purity of its fruit and terroir.
