Le Coste Pizzicante Bianco is a lively sparkling white wine from Lazio, Italy. This pétillant-naturel (pet-nat) is crafted from hand-harvested Moscato Giallo and Procanico grapes, cultivated organically in volcanic soils near Lake Bolsena. The winemaking process involves spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts, followed by bottling before fermentation completes to capture natural effervescence. The wine is unfiltered and produced without added sulfites.
